For the past 20 years, I have worked alongside artists and creatives and studied how success is built, challenged, and celebrated on a global scale. From creative industries to international business, I have collaborated with teams to design strategies that support growth and guide change. My path has taken me from backstages to boardrooms, always with one focus:
helping people succeed.

I managed my father’s career as a blues guitarist and comedian for two decades while also running our family-owned TV, film and music production company. Those years laid the foundation for a path that has taken me from artist management to leadership. I have seen the highs and lows of business and fame and they continue to shape how I support others in defining and achieving success.

I’ve worked with buzzing new talents as well as award-winning artists, partnered with founders, leaders and executives from start-ups to listed companies, and we’ve built businesses in creative fields to explore new ways of working, all while being fortunate enough to grow a global network of inspiring friends, clients and colleagues along the way.

What I have learned throughout these roles is that success is not only about reaching goals. Growth is not linear. It takes curiosity and heart, awareness of your story, courage to adapt and the ability to turn uncertainty into momentum.

With this philosophy in mind, I founded MAI TALENT to work with people as they shape success on their own terms and embrace the twists and turns that bring their story to life.
